Tools for everyday clinic work

Prescription Abbreviations

A reference for the frequency and route codes written in Indian clinics, with a separate table of abbreviations that are easy to misread. It does not turn a code into a dose.

Clinic Software ROI Calculator

Enter your own patient volume, time and no-shows. The page shows the arithmetic. The result is not a forecast of what a clinic will save.

Prescription Template

Fill a blank A4 format in the browser, then print it or save a PDF. It does not sign, issue or store a prescription.

Why these tools

These tools cover the small jobs that come up in a clinic before anyone picks a product. The abbreviations page lists codes such as OD, BD and TDS, and keeps the ones that are easy to misread in a separate table. The prescription template is a blank A4 format you fill in the browser and print or save as a PDF. It does not sign, issue or store a prescription. The ROI calculator runs the arithmetic on numbers you type. It is not a forecast of what a clinic will save, and the formulas are on the page. The checklists are the next step when the question is how to change the clinic, not how to look up a code: one for moving off paper, and one for patient-data habits under the DPDP Act. None of these pages need an account.

Free checklists

  • Clinic Digitization Checklist — A practical sequence for leaving paper, starting with new patients rather than scanning the whole archive first. Ticks stay on this device.
  • DPDP Clinic Checklist — Consent, access, security and what to do if something goes wrong. A starting checklist, not legal advice and not a certificate of compliance.
