What is Medabha?
Medabha is OPD clinic management software for Indian doctors. In one product you get an ambient AI medical scribe, specialty anatomical maps, visit recordings, WhatsApp Picture Rx, OPD billing, and a published clinic website. It is software for your practice — not a doctor marketplace and not a patient app.
Who is Medabha for?
General physicians and family-medicine clinics, specialty OPDs (ortho, ENT, eye, dental, gynae, pedia, surgery, derma, urology), and clinic owners who want notes, maps, Rx, billing, and a website together. It is not a hospital HIS, not a booking marketplace, and patients do not install an app.
How much does Medabha cost?
One clinic software fee with unlimited patient records and no per-appointment commission. WhatsApp and AI scribe use transparent meters. Public list prices are paused while we onboard clinics — start a trial or book a 15-minute demo and we will tailor a plan.
Can I try Medabha without paying?
Yes. New clinics get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can also book a 15-minute consult-room walkthrough if you want to see it before signing up.
Is my patient data safe?
For patient records your clinic is the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act; Medabha is a processor on your instructions. Data is encrypted in transit with clinic-level tenancy. We do not sell patient data and we do not use consult audio or notes to train foundation models. AI drafts are decision support — the signed note is yours. How is this different from paper notes and WhatsApp?
Paper and personal WhatsApp leave you typing after OPD, with no chart, no signed Rx image, and no last-visit overlay. Medabha drafts the SOAP while you talk, charts findings on specialty maps, and sends a Picture Rx plus advice-clip link patients open in the browser. Unlike marketplace clinic apps, there is no per-appointment commission and other doctors are not advertised to your patients.
How is Medabha priced compared with marketplace clinic apps?
Medabha charges a fixed software fee with no per-appointment commission and never advertises other doctors to your patients. The consult room includes 10 specialty anatomical maps with ghost overlays, an instant published clinic website, visit recordings, and custom AI note templates.
Which languages does the ambient AI Scribe understand?
The scribe auto-detects speech in all 22 scheduled Indian languages plus English — including code-switched consults. There is no language dropdown to pick before you record. You can run a consult (two speakers) or dictation (doctor only), then review the SOAP draft and suggested medicines before they enter the chart.
Can I send prescriptions and advice on WhatsApp without an app?
Yes. After you sign, patients get a Picture Rx and an optional family advice-clip link they open in the browser. No patient app. Share from the doctor’s phone is live today. Official Medabha Sender and clinic WhatsApp Business numbers are coming next — we do not use unofficial WhatsApp tools.
What are custom clinical note templates?
Besides Clinical notes, Prescription focus, and Brief note, each clinic can write its own AI templates (title + instructions) under Settings → AI note templates. The chosen template is snapshotted when you start recording. Smart Click chips stay separate — those are one-tap complaint, finding, and medicine lines.
Do you store visit recordings?
Yes. Each consult has a recordings library: status, duration, language, session mode, template, transcript preview, and playback. You can also see recordings across a patient’s past visits. Mark advice cuts a 10–90 second family clip from the same visit — it is not a second draft mode.
Does Medabha support ABHA?
You can store, format, and search the 14-digit ABHA number on the patient record and pass it into the scribe as identity context. This is not ABDM OTP, health-locker fetch, or M1/M2 sync.
How does the 10-specialty diagram system work?
Specialists in Ortho, Surgery, Dental, ENT, Eye, Gynecology, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Urology, and GP can click-to-pin findings on anatomical maps, compare progression with past-visit ghost overlays, and attach visual charts to the prescription.
Does Medabha support pediatric growth tracking and clinic billing?
Yes. It includes built-in WHO growth percentiles (weight, height, BMI) for pediatric care, 1-click repeat prescription refills, allergy warnings on sign, and Razorpay / UPI OPD fee collection with receipts.
How does clinic signup work?
A doctor creates a clinic on /register (practice name is optional). Add a receptionist later under Settings → Reception. The mobile app skips the marketing site and opens login or register.
